iphone內的備忘錄無法同步到icloud及gmail？

請教版上高手先進，
iphone內的備忘錄一直無法同步到icloud及gmail。爬了不少文，也都照做了，但還是無法成功。



在備忘錄的帳號下，gmail及icloud仍空空如也，不知原因為何？
懇請版上高手解惑。
我的ios版本為7.1.1
