美股道瓊及標普 創歷史高點

（法新社紐約30日電） 道瓊和標準普爾500指數今天收在有史以來最高點，主因有新的併購活動，但那斯達克綜合指數小幅下挫。

道瓊工業指數上漲18.18點或0.11%，報16716.92點，較先前的紀錄高將近2點。

標普500指數上揚3.50點或0.18%，成為1923.53點，連續2天創下歷史新高。

但科技類股為主的斯達克綜合指數下跌5.33點或0.13%，成為4242.62點。（譯者：中央社簡長盛）
