查獲偷排電鍍廢水 高市開罰

（中央社記者王淑芬高雄2014年5月6日電）「愛河水怎變成紫紅色呢？」高市府環保局循線稽查查獲電鍍工廠將廢水逕排入河川，今天裁罰業者新台幣60萬元。

環保局在5月2日查獲位於三民區灣興街愛河流域的電鍍工廠「成通企業有限公司」，未經許可逕將廢水排放到愛河且放流水中重金屬濃度超出管制標準，嚴重污染愛河，環保局依據水污染防治法規定，採樣化驗，確認排放廢水都超過許可值。

環保局說，愛河河水呈紫紅色段在三民區灣興街一帶，經採樣比對沿線工廠生產的項目，確定是成通公司所為。

環保局採樣送驗，經檢測排放管水質、重金屬、水溝水質等都超過放流水標準（pH6~9、銅3.0mg/L、鎳1.0mg/L）。

環保局說，成通公司也坦承將清洗濾網的廢水排入愛河的過失，所以依水污染防治法第7條裁罰業者最高罰鍰60萬元並勒令廢水製程停工。

環保局除積極稽查違法排放事業廢水，也鼓勵民眾檢舉通報，才能共同維護河川及環境潔淨。
