無力繳2億罰金　郭力恆恐再入獄

海軍武獲室前上校組長郭力恆25年前因在拉法葉艦採購案，收受法商湯普笙公司回扣3.4億美金（現值約台幣104億元），上月遭最高法院判刑15年徒刑、罰金2億元定讞。由於郭另因洩露獵雷艦採購案機密遭判無期徒刑，去年底獲減刑為20年，刑滿出獄，北檢執行科為確認郭力恆是否須再度入監，昨透過高檢署向高院聲請訂定合併執行刑，另將擇期發出傳票，通知郭力恆到案執行。
 
據悉，郭力恆因適用修正前《刑法》2罪合併最高刑期20年的規定，此次雖再遭判15年徒刑，應不必再入獄。
 
不過，因郭力恆已透過親戚與北檢執行科聯繫，指郭無力繳交2億元罰金，且檢方清查發現他名下確實無財產，若郭真的繳不出罰金，將以易服勞役6個月換取天價罰金刑，也就是說，郭力恆恐仍難逃牢獄之災。(賴又嘉／台北報導)
