義前總理貝魯斯科尼逃稅 社會勞務代服刑

義大利前總理貝魯斯科尼因為逃稅案件被判刑一年確定後，因為年紀大、不用進監牢，法官今天裁決，未來他每周至少要到老人院服務老人一次，以社會勞務取代服刑。

此外，法院也對他未來人身自由作出旅行限制，法院聲明指出，貝魯斯科尼將不能離開他目前登記住所的隆貝第區（ Lombardy region），只有周二到周四可例外前往羅馬。

多項官司纏身的貝魯斯科尼目前還有與未成年少女援交及濫用職權等官司在審理中，去年判決有罪確定的逃稅案，他被判刑四年、透過減刑，最後只需服刑一年，但因老貝已經七十七歲、又屬於非暴力性犯罪，依義大利法律規定，可藉由在家拘禁或社會勞務取代服刑。

日前法院聽取檢辯雙方意見，義大利檢方向法院提出要求貝魯斯科尼每周前往老人院，去為院內的老人服務；貝魯斯科尼的律師團並未反對，律師團另外提出，老貝願出資成立一個殘障中心，贊助經費協助殘障者，還一度遭到媒體嘲諷。

老貝雖然希望重震政壇影響力，但他所領導的政黨，在他被判刑確定後，幾乎是四分五裂，許多人都已加入聯合政府，該黨的民意支持度已直直落；他雖一度傳出將轉戰角逐下個月選舉的歐洲議會議員，但目前情勢顯然已越來越沒有機會。
