小弟2013 8月買的MacBook Pro retina

今天開機出現資料夾問號

Google一下，大部分都說是ssd故障

拿到studio a，店員說是系統消失，要重灌，不過要手續費

拿回來請朋友幫忙重灌，不過根本找不到硬碟可灌

請問各位大大要怎麼解決？

還是就送修
