HTC one max 4.4.2想降回4.3

禮拜日的時候收到了系統更新的訊息，下意識沒多想就直接按了立即更新
更新完後就後悔了...因為重要的程式都不能正常運作(有去查過是否是別的問題，該程式開發員有說不支援4.4以上)
然後恢復原廠設定也無法回到4.3
問了其他人是跟我說「用刷機的方法，找原廠的ROM，然後找要的版本，再把這個ROM刷進去，蓋掉現在的ROM」
然後我就去找one max的刷機方法，找到了這個，只是不知道這方法對我目前的4.4.2版本可不可行QAQ
另外想請問是否還有其它的方法或其他刷機方法可以使我回到4.3呢? T_T
