醉男搭便車猥褻友外甥女　判刑1年8月

新竹市1名42歲李姓男子，去年8月到友人家做客飲酒作樂，酒後因有醉意不能開車，所以搭乘友人座車返家，同車還有友人的外甥女，途中李男竟酒後起色慾，趁與被害少女同坐後座之際，伸出狼爪撫摸被害人胸 部及下體，被害人不斷抗拒說「不要」，仍遭猥褻得逞。其舅舅得知外甥女遭女友猥褻，氣得大罵李男「色狼」，並告知姐姐控告對方。
 
李男事後自知理虧，對於酒後失態感到相當懊悔，與被害人達成民事和解，賠償對方，也獲得對方諒解，被害人家屬也願給自新機會，因此新竹地院今依強制猥褻罪判處1年8個月徒刑，緩刑3年。（楊勝裕／新竹報導）
