錢莊借貸開早餐店　負債40萬創業夢碎

基隆市刑大偵3隊，前天昨破獲地下錢莊，34歲陳姓主嫌，專門在發送手機簡訊廣告，吸引緊急用款的人上鉤。基隆市1名26歲呂姓男子，為圓夢開早餐店，去年9月發現手機簡訊廣告，寫有「借貸創業」等服務，呂男向接洽陳姓男子借了30萬，利息計算10天1萬1千元，當呂男想要償還本金時竟遭拒絕，一度被嫌犯強押上計程車領錢，覺得害怕才報警處理。
 
警方調查，陳男故意開支票扣利息方式，強迫呂男借款，去年9月到今年1月20日，呂男已積欠40多萬，甚至躲在親戚家躲債，害家人也不堪其擾。前天警方趁呂向陳相約桃園碰面時，一舉逮捕陳嫌等2人，訊後依重利罪、妨害自由與恐嚇罪嫌等將2人移送桃園地檢署。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
