北捷、北水工會理事長挺白狼 綠營轟

台北捷運公司企業工會理事長王裕文、北水處企業工會理事長羅煥禎前天陪「白狼」張安樂開挺服貿記者會；民進黨市議員昨天開記者會、在議場質詢，輪番砲轟市府，要求懲處兩人「與黑道站在一起」，破壞市府形象及行政中立，並指不能再讓前天同行的全國總工會副理事長、國民黨中常委李昭平當市政顧問。

雖然北捷、北水一再強調王、羅是個人行為，與公司無關，市府勞動局長陳業鑫也以「工會自主」表達無法評論，議員吳思瑤、梁文傑不認同市府說法，要求一周內提出報告。

北捷表示，王裕文前天請假參加記者會，屬個人行為，並未違法公司相關規定。

北水則說，羅因是工會理事長，平時就有會務假；羅因兼任北市總工會監事召集人，前天接獲總工會電話，到場才知道張安樂在場。
