沙胖兩局爆 洋基開幕戰不敵太空人

基特(Derek Jeter)退休球季的起點，以不怎麼光彩的失利展開，不過最大禍首是球威隨體重消失的沙巴西亞(CC Sabathia)。

比多數球隊晚了一天才迎接開幕戰的洋基，新球季首戰作客面對最年輕，處於重建期的太空人。但本季積極招兵買馬，大力補強的洋基卻被既菜又沒身價的太空人欺負，尤其沙胖投得滿頭包，前2局就挨2轟痛失6分，最終軍容壯盛的洋基出師不利，以2：6敗給連3季敗場數破百的太空人。

沙胖並未被提前KO，撐過前兩局大亂流後，硬是投完6局才退場，3至6局回穩未再失分，不過嚴重傷害已造成。紀錄上吞下敗投的沙胖，主投6局被敲8支安打失6分。

這是沙胖生涯第11場開幕戰，儘管經常受重用，但他一向慢熱，開幕戰的表現都不好，尤其來到洋基的5次開幕戰累積自責分率高達7.43。值得注意的是，今年沙胖的球速明顯不如以往，能否像以前及時反彈，比較令人擔心。
