驗出抗生素…兩牧場喊冤 儀器誤差？

蛋品被檢測出抗生素的偉良牧場發言人蘇振芳說，可能是儀器誤差惹禍，讓他們受罰、損害商譽，「真的很無奈。」

蘇振芳說，之前因為溫差大、蛋雞感冒，才請獸醫開藥；農委會規定停藥期是五天，他們停了十八天的藥，才讓雞蛋上市，沒想到仍檢出抗生素殘留。

蘇振芳認為，現在使用的檢測儀器，比過去靈敏得多，很容易因誤差而測出微量殘留，若政府沒有訂出最低限量標準，很容易就違規。

被檢出蛋品有驅蟲劑殘留的俊宗牧場則說，應是飼料廠在配完含藥的肉雞飼料後，容器沒清理乾淨，就馬上製作蛋雞飼料，「只能自認倒楣！」

農委會防檢局副局長趙磐華解釋，業者說的低殘留量不排除可能是誤差，政府單位也在研議參考紐西蘭標準，預告增訂抗生素「脫氧氫四環素」最低限值為零點二ppm。

至於業者抱怨停藥期的認定與農委會不同，趙磐華說，應是業者誤會，因為蛋雞停藥期是產蛋前四周，肉雞才是適用五天停藥期。
