新北小一學童 齲齒率近6成

（中央社記者王鴻國新北市2014年4月2日電）新北市政府衛生局今天公布學童齲齒檢查結果，新北市去年度國小1年級學童齲齒率高達56%，幾乎是每2人就有1人蛀牙。

新北市衛生局指出，新北市去年度針對國小1年級及4年級的學童作齲齒檢查，只要發現學童口中有1顆蛀牙就列齲齒。經統計，小1學童齲齒率高達56%，小4學童也達50%幾乎是每2人就有1人有蛀牙。

衛生局指出，從全國性的調查來看，國內12歲學童恆齒齲齒指數是2.5顆，也遠高於全球平均的1.7顆，顯見家長對小朋友口腔衛生的重視，仍有待加強。

衛生局表示，為協助關心孩子口腔衛生，衛生局特與牙醫師公會聯手推出「顧牙齒免收掛號費」活動，已有超過140醫療院所響應，只要是12歲以下的新北市兒童，在4月份看診都免收掛號費。

衛生局強調，雖然學童已學會刷牙技巧，但家長應積極檢視孩子是否徹底清潔牙齒，多注意學童甜食攝取後再次刷牙且每半年塗氟、口腔健康檢查一次，也提醒家長應檢視自己口腔健康狀況。
