【苦勞網記者陳韋綸／台北報導】由於樂揚建設控告王家在原址搭建的組合屋是無權占有土地，王家在本月（3）12日繳交了1,756萬元的反擔保金後，原以為暫時解除了「二度強拆」危機，但就在昨日（14）上午，王家土地（803地號）所有權人之一的王耀德與10多名工人，拆除組合屋。王廣樹委任律師詹順貴表示，已向法院申請「暫時狀態」的假處分，試圖以司法方式阻擋樂揚開工。樂揚方面則揚言會持續求償至少5千萬，並將隨時動工。王清泉與王廣樹目前仍留在現場，都市更新受害者聯盟則號召更多人15日一早前往聲援...（閱讀全文）
