男警莊溫柔「溫柔非裝的」

〔自由時報記者洪定宏／高雄報導〕「啥，你叫莊溫柔？有影沒影，你真的溫柔嗎？還是裝的？」高市苓雅分局民權路派出所警員莊溫柔的名字是曾祖父取的，因為是虔誠的基督徒，以「溫柔的人有福氣」命名，雖然常被質疑溫不溫柔，甚至遭誤認為女性，但莊溫柔樂觀看待，「從沒想過要改名」。

莊溫柔日前執行家戶訪查勤務時，發現37歲的吳姓男子呆坐路邊，他好奇上前攀談，得知吳男長期失業，以打零工為生，經濟拮据，委請承辦急難救助的同事幫忙，向全聯基金會申請補助生活物資，雪中送炭。

所長郭勝雄說：「莊溫柔就是這麼熱心！」郭勝雄今年1月到任後，發現莊溫柔處事細心，在負責總務工作的警員調職後，安排莊溫柔接任，果然不負使命，熱心服務同事，帳目更是一清二楚。

莊溫柔表示，因為名字特殊，容易被別人記住，反而有加分作用，儘管他外表看似粗獷，常被質疑，但秉持基督教義行善，從未有過任何困擾。
