總統馬英九昨提名最高檢察署主任檢察官顏大和為下任檢察總長候選人。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，檢察總長黃世銘任期到4月18日屆滿，馬英九昨提名顏大和為下任檢察總長候選人，顏大和曾在台北地檢署檢察長任內起訴馬特別費案，如今獲提名，跌破法界眼鏡，總統府表示，馬重視顏「只問證據，不怕政治或商業敏感，也不怕掉工作的態度」，朝野立委表示將嚴格審查這項人事案。（胡治言／綜合報導）
