iPhone 6熱賣 半導體業績上調

（中央社記者田裕斌台北2014年10月6日電）iPhone 6賣到爆表，顧能(Gartner)上調今年半導體銷售業績至3380億美元，年增7.2%，較原先預期的6.7%上修0.5個百分點。

顧能表示，受惠於美國節慶旺季的強勁電子零組件需求，加上iPhone 6及iPhone 6 Plus需求穩健，今年第3季半導體營收來到歷史高點。

儘管部份產品銷售力道可能不會貫穿整個節慶旺季，顧能對今年消費需求仍呈樂觀，並預測智慧型手機與ultramobile裝置的產量將分別增加27%和18.9%，預測明年半導體市場仍可成長5.8%。

此外，動態隨機存取記憶體(DRAM)今年以26.3%的營收增幅領先整個半導體市場，顧能預期，營收將達441億美元的歷史高點，預測下一回記憶體因供給過剩而大幅衰退的時機將落在2016年，將導致DRAM營收遽降25.5%，削弱2016年半導體整體市場成長至僅剩1%。
