IPO後投資人放空 阿里巴巴價跌

（中央社台北2014年9月26日電）彭博報導，阿里巴巴集團 (BABA) 5天前甫完成史上最大規模初次公開募股（IPO）後，空方正首度押注這檔股票下跌。

根據彭博和倫敦金融資訊供應商Markit彙整數據，投資人放空阿里巴巴890萬股股票，約該集團掛牌交易股票的2.4%。

這家總部位於杭州的中國大陸電子商務龍頭IPO時共賣出3億6810萬股股票。阿里巴巴昨天在美股下跌1.8%，收88.92美元。

Markit駐紐約產品專員賴德（Andrew Laird）以電郵答問指出：「我們開始見到外界對阿里巴巴借券的高度需求。」「相較總體在外流通股數，這是相對小的數量，不過就IPO之後可供借券的限量供給，仍是相當可觀。」

在投資人尋求接觸大陸電商產業需求下，阿里巴巴得以籌集250億美元資金，超越中國農業銀行於2010年集資221億美元的IPO最高紀錄。

根據彭博數據，阿里巴巴首日掛牌交易大漲38%後，股價下挫，本週4個交易日有3天拉回。（譯者：中央社徐睿承）
