全台紫外線過量 注意防曬

（中央社記者張茗喧台北2014年9月26日電）環保署空氣品質監測網紫外線預報顯示，今天全台紫外線指數均達過量等級，出門應做好防曬措施。

據環保署空氣品質監測網說明，紫外線指數在6至7間屬於高量級，曝曬30分鐘就有曬傷可能；紫外線指數在8至10間為過量級，曝曬20分鐘就有曬傷可能。

今天的紫外線預報顯示，宜蘭地區紫外線指數8，北部、中部、雲嘉南、高屏地區9，竹苗、花東地區紫外線指數10，全台均達過量級。

環保署提醒，民眾在上午10時到下午2時最好減少外出，且應帶帽子、陽傘，擦防曬乳、戴太陽眼鏡等防曬措施，以免曬傷中暑。

全國紫外線監測站共34站，由行政院環境保護署（14站）及交通部中央氣象局（20站）共同執行。

此外，空氣品質預報部分，今天台灣西半部及馬祖、金門地區空氣品質為普通等級，指標污染物為臭氧及懸浮微粒；台灣東半部及澎湖縣地區空氣品質為良好等級。
