英媒：陸捕11名脫北者 未遣返北韓

大陸12日在寮國邊境拘捕11名北韓「脫北者」，英國媒體報導，他們可能不會如往例被遣返回北韓，這可能是近年來大陸針對脫北者採取的一次少有動作，但大陸方面對此未加證實。

英國Sky News報導，這11名脫北者，包括10名二、三十歲的男女與一名4歲兒童，是在徒步穿越大陸與寮國邊境時被陸方逮捕，消息指出，7月底他們從大陸與北韓邊界逃離北韓，先到山東青島，再南下雲南。

報導分析，大陸與北韓近期的緊張關係，可能讓大陸放鬆對脫北者的遣返政策。但跡象表明，愈來愈多脫北者在大陸被拘捕並強行遣返。

每年有數以百計的北韓人逃離該國到南韓，以求庇護與更好的生活，但因為南北韓間的邊界的守衛森嚴，唯一可取道之處只有大陸邊界。

一名南韓駐北京大使館的官員表示，會盡一切可能幫助脫北者，但出於安全考慮，不能透露更多細節。
