〔自由時報記者江志雄／宜蘭報導〕蘭陽女中學生李友友、黃芝晴、楊曄，參加日本靜岡青少年科學工程論壇，以米糠萃取澱粉酶抑制劑為題，透過流利英語說明，加上言之有物，摘下環境組口語發表第一名殊榮。

靜岡青少年科學工程論壇本月九到十二日在靜岡北高校舉行四天，有八國二十六所學校共一百八十二名學生與會；蘭女李友友等三人，在環境組口語發表項目表現出色，讓其他國家代表隊印象深刻。

米糠過去常被拿來餵豬，現在多半棄而不用，李友友等人從中萃取出澱粉抑制劑，藉以延緩澱粉分解速度，若運用在健康食品上，可達到減重效果。

李友友說，米糠澱粉酶抑制劑如能廣泛利用，能幫助愛美女孩減重，將在這個領域繼續研究，盼有更多的新發現。
