車內貼「人不要臉，天下無敵」　未指名道姓不起訴

桃園一名呂姓男子（51歲）與侄子有土地糾紛，去年6月間在叔侄共有的房子大門外開來一部未懸掛車牌的廂型車，並在車內張貼「樹沒有皮，必死無疑，人不要臉，天下無敵，要脅、勒索貪得無厭，可恥」等字眼，侄子發現後認為叔叔以此方式罵他，憤而提出妨害名譽告訴。
 
然呂男辯稱，這些字眼是他對合作的經商夥伴之貪念所抒發的個人心情，且當地也是他和侄子共有的土地，由於文字亦未指名道姓，桃園地檢署今予以不起訴處分。
