嫌闖老東家 竊百公斤保險箱

在苗栗從事人力仲介的傅姓業者，本月10日凌晨公司遭歹徒闖入，2歹徒合力抬走百公斤重的保險箱，另1人開車在外接應，財物損失逾300萬元。苗栗警分局14日宣布破獲這樁重大竊案，逮捕戴假髮掩飾身分的主嫌劉德盛與徐永芳，另黃姓共犯在逃。劉曾任職該公司，缺錢竟把歪腦筋動到老東家。

警方專案小組報請檢方指揮布線偵辦，連日清查過濾後，13日晚將主嫌52歲的劉德盛與42歲共犯徐永芳拘提到案，並起出贓款共約90萬元及贓物一批，部分贓款還在黃嫌身上。

警方調閱歹徒犯案車輛軌跡並配合清查轄區慣竊，發現歹徒先於8日凌晨在公館闖空門偷竊朱姓失主財物及汽車鑰匙後，10日準備犯案前再騎機車前往「取車」當犯案工具，警方進而從機車鎖定徐永芳涉有重嫌，再追出主嫌劉德盛。

落網的劉、徐坦承因經濟陷窘境而犯案，劉嫌曾在該人力仲介公司任職，熟悉公司環境及每月10日發放薪資，因此選在凌晨薪水尚未發出前下手。
