校園暴力　看1眼1年後圍毆學弟

校園暴力！今年三月初新北市1名就讀國二的少年放學途中，因1年前互看不爽，遭同校數名3年級學生以及2名外校生毆打，造成頭部嚴重受創。 
 
警方調查，1年前少年曾與轉學葉姓國三生因互瞪產生嫌隙，事發當天國二生放學時，遭校內其他學長及葉生叫至學校旁的公園談判，雙方一言不合葉生就拿起防身用的球棒朝國二生砸去，其他人也或踹或打，路過民眾看到報案，警方獲報將傷者及打人學生一併帶回所內了解。

少年由母親帶往醫院檢傷，警方後來也以傷害罪將持球棒打人的葉生及其他同學送辦。（黃楷棟／新北報導）
