讚! 這是個好東西!

但我剛才搜尋了一下...發現筆數比預期中要來得少。

想請問其資料來源是完整的內政部實價登錄網站嗎?
或者查詢的結果是已被某些條件篩選過的資料?
或者是只包含近幾個月(?)的資料?

另外以下建議：
1.查詢條件增加，目前可設定的查詢條件較少。
2.點選物件時的下拉式動畫可以拿掉，因為那會影響查詢的速度。
