某大學休閒管理系徐姓教授與陳姓女職員發生姦情，經陳女丈夫報警抓姦，看到兩人全身赤裸，陳女跨坐在陳男身上，法官依妨害家庭罪將兩人各判刑4月，陳夫並請求賠償，法官查出徐姓教授致陳夫與陳女離婚，昨判決徐與陳女連帶賠償40萬元。
