Android 裝置中已有約 14% 升級到了 KitKat

雖說在幾天前的 Apple 發表會上，Tim Cook 曾聲稱截止到五月 Android 用戶中僅有 9% 升級到了最新的 KitKat 版本。但按照最新的數據來看，這種說法已經不準確了。根據 Google 的統計，六月初時已有 13.6% 的 Android 用戶用上了 KitKat，雖說還算不上多數，但在一個月中大漲 60％ 的成績已然十分不錯了。這背後的原因其實也非常簡單，像 HTC One（M8）、Galaxy S5 這樣的重量級新產品都已上架多時，而各家廠商也都在陸續為舊機種推送 KitKat 更新。

至於其它版本，Jelly Bean 仍是當之無愧的第一，它佔據著市場中 58.4% 的份額（之前是 60.8%）。運行 Ice Cream Sandwich 或之前版本的裝置加起來總共有 28%，和此前的 30.7% 相比又少了一些。但儘管如此，距離這些老版本退出「舞台」肯定還有一段時日，畢竟它們中多數都是被用在開發中市場的平價手機上，相對來說其擁有者升級到最新硬體的可能性並沒有那麼大。
