【捷運殺人】1站僅配1警　北捷維安幾乎不設防

台北捷運昨發生隨機殺人慘案，鄭嫌4分鐘內奪走4條人命，凸顯北捷安全防護漏洞。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，捷運警察隊副隊長葉金順表示，北捷共109站，但捷運警察僅135人，每天3分之2人力、約90人執勤，平均1人顧1.2個站，鄭嫌行兇時，捷運警察並未跟車，無法立即處理。台北市長郝龍斌昨指示要提高見警率，由警政署支援保安警力80人，將立刻進駐捷運隊支援車廂巡邏。

捷運隨機殺人案造成4死22人受傷，北捷總經理譚國光指出，每名搭乘捷運死亡的乘客都有保險，最高可獲得4百萬元理賠，保險公司機負起傷者全部醫療費用。中央警察大學消防系教授簡賢文怒批，此事凸顯北市府及捷運公司太鬆懈，而且捷運車廂和車廂間應有門，可將兇手限縮在車廂內。（胡治言／綜合報導）
