王維中飆速球 教頭讀出未來

〔自由時報記者倪婉君／綜合報導〕從前天王維中飆出的那顆96英里（約154.5公里）速球，釀酒人教頭雷尼基看到了不一樣的王維中，也希望他未來能成為好投手。

昨天釀酒人在延長12局，才以5：3氣走紅雀，終結者K-Rod拿下第12次救援成功，防禦率仍是完美的0。只是釀酒人動用6名牛棚投手，唯一未上場的王維中，並未得到連2天登板的機會。

但王維中前天1局3上3下的好表現，仍是昨天「密爾瓦基新聞衛報」的話題，尤其是對小熊二壘手巴尼飆出直逼155公里速球。

「他投出那顆96英里速球，是在球數領先的狀況，你可以看出他比平常多付出一些努力。」雷尼基又說：「他通常都很輕鬆、流暢地投球，但那顆球，他真的有用心在丟。」

雷尼基認為，王維中一般投出91英里速球，是在確定自己能投好球，而飆出那樣的速球，可能是已經感到夠自在，可以放手去投。

「如果他能夠投出那樣的球速，再加上不只能投好球，還能將球控在邊邊角角的位置，我相信他有機會成為好投手。」雷尼基說。

不過很愛搞笑的王維中，則說那顆速球是「風吹出來的」，但旁人立刻提醒他，釀酒人主場的屋頂有關起來，哪來的風啦！
