柯建銘批此刻執行死刑 是轉移焦點

法務部昨日執行死刑，全台槍決5死囚，是法務部長羅瑩雪去年9月上任後首次執行死刑，對此，民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘表示，此時社會因林義雄禁食不平靜，國民黨不該在此時轉移焦點，只是火上加油，他批評選在這個時機點執行死刑太離譜了，「等到所有事情平靜下來再執行沒有差啊」。
