請問一下,要怎麼做可以比較省錢(固定IP問題)

請問一下,如果說用中華電信的非固定制ADSL,只送一個固定IP的狀況下
但是,有三個設備需要固定IP,同時還要可以從外頭連進來

有高手知道要怎麼做會比較省錢省力嗎?

1.中華電信固定制上網(價格幾乎快現在的X2)
2.購買企業級用的分享器(預算一萬,長期看來分攤下去會便宜)
3.相關的設定是DMZ嗎?還是DNS?這有點小複雜,不知道有高手可以稍微提點一下嗎?

補充一下,1台是電腦是我自己拿來弄雲端給手機隨時可以回傳照片備份用的!
另外2台設備都是去淘寶買的監視器(照車庫跟照自家大門口的),上面有說明要固定IP給他,連的方式是
他可以用瀏覽器輸入IP就可以觀看!

給我個理由,憑什麼我拍照片還要拍到你喜歡??你有付我錢?
