非法雇外勞拔草 兩農各罰17萬

高雄市路竹區兩農民缺人手清除菜園雜草，非法雇用來台探親的越南籍阮氏夫婦拔草，被移民署高雄市第一專勤隊逮獲，裁定兩農民各須繳付17萬元罰鍰。

49歲的越南籍阮氏夫婦三月中旬來台到高雄市阿蓮區探視女兒，一個多星期後，獲知路竹區的黃姓和林姓老農要雇人除草，雙方約定工資日薪700元。

移民署高雄市第一專勤隊日前獲報路竹區大仁路環球段有非法外勞，前往調查，雖未查獲，但回程意外見到兩名疑似外勞正在一處農舍前鋤草而前往盤查。阮氏夫婦因是合法入境也未逾期滯留，但顯然不諳台灣工作法令，見查緝人員盤查身分仍不疑有他，繼續鋤草，經告知違反就業服務法時才驚覺違法。
