仲介怎麼會是多餘呢?

牛大,對股票我是沒啥感情的啦,
就一個數字而已,

但每棟房子我都很喜歡,只要是我的我都喜歡,
我可不想看到,聽到買家抱怨的話.

仲介好就好在他會假裝認同買家的話,陪他們兜圈子,
反正房子成交就好,嫌房子嫌到一無是處,決定要買就好.反正我都聽不到.

買賣兩造真的對上面,可能談得買賣不成,仁義也不在,大家酸來酸去互嗆.

所以雖然我肯定仲介的存在功能,
但如果仲介沒辦法演得好,還反過來教訓某一方,那就當得有點失敗了.

我是爆發戶,不是暴發戶.性格火爆的爆.有錢的暴發戶另有其人不是我.
