【時報記者王逸芯台北報導】外資野村出具最新研究報告指出，亞洲塑化產業下半年將逐漸復甦，台塑四寶未來幾年在放緩資本支出的前提下，有機會帶來更高的配息率，給予台塑（1301）買進評等，南亞（1303）和台化（1326）維持中立評等，台塑化（6505）減碼評等。

野村表示，在原物料穩定下，預計亞洲塑化產業自下半年起產業漸進式的復甦，價格和利潤率都可回升，帶動台塑四寶盈利能力預計再攀升，其中看好聚乙烯（PE）和聚氯乙烯（PVC）；至於對二甲苯（PX），在終端市場需求較弱下，恐出現過剩，MEG也將受到影響，給予台塑買進評等，南亞和台化維持中立評等，台塑化減碼評等。

野村表示，台塑集團未來幾年在放緩資本支出的前提下，有機會帶來更高的配息率，資本支出放緩的主要原因，包括2007～2013年台塑集團投入大量的資本支出在越南鋼鐵廠、工安意外事件、以及轉投資南科（2408）和華亞科（3474）的巨大損失。
