大陸中鼎股份(000887.SZ)宣布，擬設立全資子公司中鼎歐洲控股有限公司，出資巴西幣1.8億雷亞爾(折合約8,000萬美元)。設立中鼎歐洲控股是為了收購德國KACO，以最優稅務成本和上市公司未來國際化經營的長遠考慮，並提高對外投資的收益率。

根據中鼎歐洲控股與德國KACO股東簽署的《股權轉讓協議》，中鼎歐洲控股擬收購德國KACO的80%股權。德國KACO目前由一家註冊於巴西聖保羅市的法人100%持股。德國KACO的客戶涵蓋諸多汽車一線廠商，其中包括電動汽車的領軍廠商特斯拉。

德國KACO成立於1914 年，是世界著名的特種橡膠密封件研發的生產企業，其主營產品為汽車及機械工程行業高精度密封，是密封技術的領頭羊，擁有多項革命性專利，產品銷售區域遍佈40多個國家和地區。旗下現有6家工廠，分別分佈在在德國、奧地利、匈牙利和中國大陸，並在法國、英國和日本設立3個技術服務辦公室。

財報顯示，德國KACO 2013年營業收入約為1.37億歐元，淨利潤700萬歐元。
