醉鬧岳家飆罵警 判拘役40天

花蓮謝姓男子與妻子發生爭吵，不滿妻子跑回娘家住，酒後到岳母家前咆哮，員警到場處理糾紛，他非但不聽勸阻，還嗆：「有種抓我啊！」結果，謝男因妨礙公務被移送法辦，花蓮地方法院審理後，判處謝男拘役40天。

判決書指出，謝姓男子去年6月某晚前往岳家找妻，被岳母拒於門外，在門口大吵大鬧，謝妻不堪其擾，報警處理。

員警表示，大家多次好言相勸，幫忙叫計程車送謝回家，但謝男酒後情緒不穩、態度反覆，不但怪警察多管閒事，還嗆：「你編號多少」、「有種抓我」等語，最後甚至飆罵三字經，所以才將他逮捕。

法院認為，謝男酒後一時無法控制自己行為和情緒，辱罵員警，其法治觀念薄弱，應給予懲處。考量其犯後坦承犯行、情節輕微，最後判處謝男拘役40日，得易科罰金。

被罵警員得知判決結果，直嘆「喝酒誤事！」他並未對謝提出公然侮辱罪的告訴，只希望對方有所警惕，不要再犯。
