【苦勞網】醫改會：醫院領補助 仍未增聘

【苦勞網記者陳逸婷／台北報導】衛福部健保署從2009至2013年，在全民健保中提撥了共71億補助款給符合標準的醫院以改善護理人力，然而，台灣醫療改革基金會今天（4/23）召開記者會指出，2012年有43%的醫院實際「減人」卻仍領取補助款；此外，有高達80%的醫學中心「三班護病比」評鑑結果不合格，認為補助款對於護理人力改善的成效不彰，痛批衛福部已淪為「醫院福利部」，要求各醫院公開護病比並納入評鑑必要項目，而補助款應與護病比連動發放...（閱讀全文）
