錢櫃、好樂迪共同經營 挨罰900萬

國內兩大KTV龍頭錢櫃、好樂迪，長期共同經營，民國96年、97年、98年三度向公平交易委員會提出結合申報，公平會審議認為兩家公司合計市占率過高，恐難維持市場公平競爭，三次都禁止結合；但截至去年，兩家公司仍以同一家公司的模式，對外提供服務，公平會今處錢櫃、好樂迪500萬及400萬元。
