永豐銀發展三部曲 瞄準台商陸企

永豐銀南京子行昨（13）日熱鬧開幕。首任行長鍾敏敏提出發展三部曲，他表示，首先將延續母行對台資中小企業的支持，加強發展台商融資業務，接著要了解台商在中國大陸布點情形，深入台商上下游供應廠商。透過與中國工商銀行的合作，深入發展陸資企業的關係，則是循序漸進的另一重點。

鍾敏敏與大陸金融開放淵源甚深。90年代初期，大陸宣布開放外資銀行設立據點，他由花旗台北分行副總裁，轉任上海花旗擔任籌備處負責人，為首位派駐大陸的外銀經理人，之後並擔任上海外資銀行協會會長，代表與大陸官方單位溝通意見。

在大陸外匯市場由雙軌制轉為單軌制，及成立上海中國外匯交易中心、統一外匯報價的改革過程，鍾敏敏全程參與並提供實務建議。
