『求助』想升級ios試了兩天，仍卡在Icloud無法備份

前天IOS7.1問世，小弟立即想備份更新。

一打開iCloud才發現備份時間停在2014.3.4
這一天我人在東京，當時我用是當地的LTE WIFI分享器。

前天開始我重新強制備份，一樣失敗。

我目前嘗試過的方法有

a.重新登入iCloud
b.確認我沒有下載過神魔之塔（網路上有人說神魔之塔app會牴觸icloud)
c.重開中華電信的小烏龜
d.確認硬碟內儲存空間還有5G左右
e.確認iTunes 內設定icloud無誤。
f.我有街上外部電源
g.wifi可以使用

想請問有人碰到這樣的狀況嘛？該如何解決呢？
