半導體設備去年銷售 台再奪冠

SEMI：2013全球銷售金額年減14% 至315.8億美元

國際半導體設備材料協會(SEMI)最新公布，2013年全球半導體生產設備銷售額年減14%至315.8億美元，低於2012年的369.3億美元。其中除了中國大陸和台灣之外，所有地區的支出速度皆下跌。在排名方面，台灣半導體設備銷售支出總額連續兩年居冠，北美市場超越南韓搶下第二，南韓落居第三。

SEMI公布的全球半導體設備市場統計報告(Worldwide Semiconductor Equipment Market Statistics，SEMS)顯示，除了中國大陸和台灣之外，所有追蹤地區的支出速度皆下跌。台灣半導體設備銷售額達105.7億美元，支出總額連續兩年居冠。北美市場超越南韓搶下第二、銷售額達52.6億美元；南韓落居第三，地區銷售額年減41%。

SEMS綜合每月的全球半導體設備製造商接單出貨比(Book-to-Bill ratio)數據，涵蓋7大半導體生產地區和24個產品類別。產品類別包括晶圓生產、封裝、測試和其他前端設備。全球其他前端設備部門銷售年減34%、封裝部門年減26%、測試設備部門年減24%、晶圓生產設備部門年減11%。
