在台大私設帳戶 林芳郁：絕對不可以

針對台北市長候選人柯文哲在台大醫院私設帳戶的情節，前台大醫院院長、現任台北榮總醫院院長林芳郁上午在立法院表示：不可以，絕對不可以！

林芳郁上午在立法院外交及國防委員會備詢，立委林郁方針對柯文哲私設帳戶，詢問曾經擔任台大醫院院長的現任台北榮民總醫院院長林芳郁的看法，他詢問，林以前在台大醫院當院長的時候，是否允許醫生、中心主任或是各科系主任，在MG計畫底下，可以私設帳號，處理他們的錢財？特別是有些媒體還報導，國科會計畫沒用完的錢，也被丟到這個私人帳戶？

林芳郁回答說，不可以，絕對不可以！國科會計畫剩下的錢一定要繳回，哪有可以放在那裏(指私人帳戶)。

立委進一步問，台大會有所謂的「會錢」嗎？過去台大會允許主任們在MG計畫底下設所謂「會錢」，要醫生和護士每個月繳多少錢，連演講經費也可以捐進去？林芳郁仍然表示，不可以，沒有這種東西，而榮總也沒有。
