上市公司業務宣導 下周登場

台灣證券交易所表示，將自10月15日至11月14日展開為期10場次的「上市公司業務宣導會」，以協助上市公司業務人員充分了解上市相關業務的實務及法規面向。

台灣證券交易所表示，此次宣導會內容將就重大訊息及資訊申報、公司治理業務、法說會影音平台操作、2013年版IFRSs編製要點，以及內控核心原則等5大主題進行說明，涵蓋上市公司辦理業務或服務投資人各個面向；證交所將透過實務案例引導方式，希望對上市公司人員執行業務有所助益。

證交所指出，宣導會已成為上市公司財會、股務、投資人關係等相關人員，了解業務新知，並與同業交流的重要活動。這次的宣導會將有726家上市公司及近1400名人員登記參加。
