《國際產業》英國9月房價，漲幅超預期

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】根據英國主要抵押貸款機構Halifax周三公布的調查報告，英國9月房屋價格漲幅超出預期，不過隨著明年的到來，英國房價的漲勢可能趨於溫和。

Halifax公布，英國9月房屋價格較8月上漲0.6％，超出經濟學家預期的上漲0.2％與8月份的持平。7～9月英國房屋價格較去年同期上漲9.6％，符合經濟學家預期，惟略低於6～8月的上漲9.7％。

Halifax表示，與去年同期相比的房價漲幅可能已在上漲約10％到頂，截至年底的房價漲勢可望趨緩。
