主旨：有關檢討杭州南路2段（信義路~羅斯福路）、基隆路北往南（辛亥路以南）、和平東路3段（復興南路~和平東路3段406巷）內側車道取消禁行機車，及開放辛亥路機車逕行左轉基隆路案。

說明：
1、杭州南路2段（信義路~羅斯福路）：所有車道，取消禁行機車
2、和平東路3段（復興南路~和平東路3段406巷）：內側車道，取消禁行機車
3、基隆路北往南（辛亥路以南）：內二車道，取消禁行機車
4、辛亥路逕行左轉基隆路：機車可逕行左轉基隆路，開放
