對於國道5的加成收費, 個人覺得只是在趁火打劫

現在國道5不是每次假日都在塞車嗎? 而現在卻是採用塞車時段收費加成的方式想改善?這...
當初不就是為了改善宜蘭到台北的便利性才去開了這條路?
如不走國道5,就剩下北宜或濱海公路可走,濱海公路根本就是繞遠路,還會碰到一堆砂石車.北宜則一堆山路,有些路段甚至彎道一堆,怎麼看都是走國道5比較輕鬆吧?跟繞遠路或是爬山路比起來,省下來的精神成本跟汽車的磨耗怎麼說都划算多了,就你加成那一點點?把大家當白痴嗎?
可以精算一下如果走平面跟國道5差多少成本嗎?那一點點小家子氣的方案,除了想趁火打劫又怕找罵挨之外我真的想不出其它理由了.
