保險業將可境外設分公司 並享租稅優?

行政院會今日通過「國際金融業務條例」修正草案，行政院長江宜樺表示，此次修法在擴大保險業商機及金融服務完整性，在自由化、國際化與前瞻性核心理念下，開放保險業在中華民國境內設立國際保險業務分公司，有助增進我國保險市場國際競爭力。

修法之後，境外保險業務分公司（OIU）將享有租稅優惠，經營相關業務所得免稅，但OIU若將資金投資中華民國境內標的，其衍生的所得則須繳稅。金管會副主委王儷玲說，此法有利創造新的稅基，對金融人才的就業機會也有幫助。

整體而言，王儷玲說，修法之後相關誘因，稅的部分最大，OIU將不受保險法和外匯條例限制，有助提升保險業國際競爭力。至於稅收損失，王儷玲說，不會有太大影響，而且會帶收新的稅收。
