很難變動的餐廳格局-求助大師們...

家裡想要重新裝潢,最想改變的就是的餐廳跟廚房格局,因為在268cm下又無法放置5門冰箱,導致冰箱必須放在餐廳很不方便,礙於家裡又有2小,三房的格局又不能少,請教大師們,如果要將廚房跟餐廳鄰近,最好是能做開放式廚房,該怎樣修改呢?

想過以下問題:
1.廚房跟浴廁對調,後陽台就要穿過浴廁,風從後浴廁進來有點怪
2.黃色區塊是比較大的柱,雖然我家住頂樓,可能也沒辦法拆除(我猜想的),所以在格局是否有些限制?
3.原本想把臥室1靠客廳牆打掉當餐廳,客廳也比較通風,但是臥室1就要移到餐廳位置沒有窗戶,好像又不是那麼好...
