參觀重揚官邸 重陽重劃區新建案

前幾天下午和家人到重劃區去找朋友，剛好看到這個新建案，就進去了解了一下，我們是看60坪的，它規劃3米4米2，所以使用空間非常的大，老爸看了非常喜歡，旁邊又有一個公園，剛好很適合他老人家可以在公園做運動，聽銷售小姐說前面那個停車場是未來的五華國小捷運站，所以老爸跟老媽滿心動的。
假日再前往談談價錢，不知道附近成交價大概落在多少呢?
