持毒男遇警臨檢　亂丟毒品想卸責

新北市一名有毒品、竊盜等多項前科的47歲游姓男子，昨晚9時許在土城區中央路上遭執行勤務的交通隊警員攔下盤查，游男心虛下從口袋掏出一包0.52公克的海洛因丟棄在路邊，但立即被眼尖的警員和一名路人發現，警方隨即將他帶回警局偵訊。
 
警方調查，住在中和的游姓男子，因有多項前科被列為治安顧慮人口，他昨晚和一名綽號「阿猴」的男子相約在土城進行毒品交易，以3000元購買了海洛因等毒品後，騎車返回中和的路上被警員攔下盤查，並將身上的毒品拋棄以規避刑責，警方訊後依毒品危害防制條例罪嫌移送法辦。（陳韋劭／新北報導）
